Jake attended The Grange Private Day Care Nursery for nearly 2 years. We thank the Nursery and the Staff there for their support during his illness and following his death.
Jake fought bravely to survive and it was a terrible shock that he never came home.
We miss him terribly but hope that through fund raising in his name he won't be forgotten and we may be hell to help other families affected by this terrible illness.
