Thanks are due yet again to so many friends at this great running club who always buy a calendar and help me to support my favourite charity. Jan, Steve, Micky, Dennis, Dan, Andy, Pete, Scott, Jim, Les, Karl, John x3, Jakki, Gavin, Simon, Ricky, Karen, Sally, Penny, Laurie, Bob, Jack, Sarah, Oliver, Geoff, Brian and a few more whose names i have probably not remembered but who i equally wish to thank. I hope that you all have a brilliant 2019 and get the PB's or other rewards you deserve.Updates
