You probably won’t remember me but I was working in Derby A&E as a student nurse on that horrible day that Jacob was brought in. All these years later I instantly recognised his name and picture when I stumbled upon this site!
Jacob was such a beautiful little boy. I will never forget being shown the image of him holding a chicken just the day before such a horrible disease cruelly struck him. Even though I only met you and Jacob briefly during the worst time of your lives I just wanted to let you know that I have never forgotten Jacob and to tell you that he is always in my heart 💙
